1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 71jl platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "our Services," or "71jl"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and all associated services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to registered account holders, visitors, and any individuals accessing content or services provided by 71jl. • Maintain one (1) account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances;

71jl reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable policies;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification or documentation;
• Use of the Platform for purposes other than personal entertainment;
• Abusive behavior toward other users, customer support staff, or platform personnel;
• Detection of collusion, match-fixing, use of unauthorized software, or other forms of cheating;
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and any remaining account balance may be forfeited if termination resulted from a material breach of these Terms. If your account is closed in good standing, you may request withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

71jl is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We employ comprehensive transaction monitoring systems and may request additional information or documentation regarding the source of your funds at any time. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law. 5. Gaming Rules and Betting Terms

8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 71jl, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Technical failures, errors, bugs, or malfunction of the Platform;
• Delays or interruptions in service availability;
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers;
• Loss of winnings due to technical errors or system failures;
• Any other matter relating to the Platform.

In no event shall the total liability of 71jl to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to 71jl in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 71jl, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights;
• Your use or misuse of the Platform;
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform;
• Your breach of any representations or warranties contained in these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and 71jl. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, 71jl reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 71jl regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by 71jl of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by 71jl to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of 71jl. 71jl may freely assign or transfer these Terms and its rights and obligations to any third party without restriction.

12.5 Force Majeure

71jl shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service disruptions.
